I'm planning on moving to Germany in a couple of years for work though haven't narrowed down which city yet. I am curious as to which of the following cities are considered bike-friendly for commuting (not touring) or are they all fairly equal?

-Bremen
-Dortmund
-Munich
-Hamburg
-Gelsenkirchen
