Bicycle crunches - how long per day/per set to be very effective?

I just started body building 3 months ago, taking wrestling next year. I'm 15 years old and I have 100% whey protein to take after my workout.
I've read that bicycle crunches strengthens your abs for a 6 pack. How long per set/per day should I do them for it to be very effective?
