So I was riding my bike today in the city down broadway, and somebody winged me and I crashed into this cars rear light and broke them , the woman took all my info and said I will have to write her a check for the damage , but she was standing in "no standing anytime" zone, so is it really my fault? And what should I do in this case, cause I don't have insurance for I was on a bike ...
