I know, I Know, best & cheap; no such things. Anyways I am looking to get a cheap trainer for my Road Bicycle this winter for a good price that will do well for myself.
However, I do not know much about particular brands and apparently the 2 different types of trainers.
2 types: One i heard of is just your joe blow basic trainer that is on rollers and was STRONGLY advised against it as I would more than likely fall off and break my arms (i agree with them already). Then i heard of another type which is the more popular type that has apparently escaped my memory.
So i would like to find the safe bicycle trainer that is a good price, I would like to keep it in the LOW 100's and I think i could accomplish it by buying used on eBAY. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
