Beyond Contacts Help

Good Evening,

I have purchased "Beyond Contacts" and I am trying to install.
I have Windows XP.
I have Microsoft Office 2003 installed.
When I go to install Beyond Contacts, I get the following message: "Outlook is not Installed" and I can't install it.

I have searched the DataViz support database extensively and found the following Document ID: # 13223

I have tried solution # 1 but it asks me to install the disk for Microsoft Office (which I no longer have) or may not have ever had?

I noted that solution # 2 is no good for Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Solution # 3 says to uninstall and reinstall Outlook. I don't have the disk so this isn't an option.

Is there any other solution? Can't believe this happened right off the bat. I use Microsoft Outlook extensively with no problems.

Is there any other solution that anyone knows of? ...... please?

You can go into Outlook and under the help menu run Detect and Repair. Be advised that it may still ask you for the installation disc - or it may find it in one of the saved CAB files on your hard drive if the installation was done locally and not via a Network install.

Contact Dataviz's tech support directly. They are usually pretty good about getting back to user's during normal business hours - but my guess is they will also tell you to reinstall Outlook and if you don't have the installation disc you may need to get your money back.

And I'll add - it's is polite to respond to your previous threads as to their status when other's have given you suggestions.....this way other users know if suggested solutions have been correctly resolved.
