I wish I still had the emails but I sent them a question regarding the pricing of the sports packaging compared to Cogeco and I got something very similar back. I was like, "are you answering my question or someone elses". I replied and asked the person to pass the question on to someone who could comprehend english. They passed it on and again I received something very similar. Its pretty clear that their e-support is in India or something and they train these people to all say the same crap when its clear they can't even comprehend what is being asked. Really makes me want to jump on as a BEV customer.
