I had a subscription to BHG but cancelled as well, because I found every article in there norhing more than a cheap endorsement for some mediocre product they were trying to market.

Interestingly, I went to the website to see if there was a phone number to call for cancellations. All I saw was the following:

How do I cancel my subscription?
Answer
You may cancel your subscription by using the online customer service center. To access the online customer service center, click on the link titled "Customer Service" located in the footer.

Remember to include the mailing address as it appears on your magazine label, renewal notice or billing invoice in your e-mail as well as your account number. Your account number is on your magazine address label. The sample below shows the location of the account number in yellow (the first 10 numbers above your name).

And then I saw this at another sublink
How to reach us with questions regarding your magazine subscription:

If your question is regarding an order that was recently placed on one of our websites, please be aware that our fulfillment center may not have access to the order information for 7-10 days.

Please send an e-mail containing your complete mailing information and a description of your problem to our magazine representatives at [email protected]

The sooner you contact these people, the better! They certainly don't make personal contact with service reps easy, which bothers me. I would never want to do business with these kinds of corporations again.
