Better college for engineering?

According to U.S. News & World report, West Point would be better for engineering, but only by one ranking point. Among institutions offering undergraduate engineering but not the Ph.D degree, both (and also the Air Force Academy) are in the top ten.

All the academies have excellent engineering schools. I'll be mildly biased and say the Air Force Academy, but if your not interested in that, then I would say Annapolis.
