Yes ! I actually just purchased a betta like 2hrs ago 
On the container that he came in it said to use room temperature bottled water or water with no chlorine/chemicals in it. I just emptied water from the DEER PARK big container. JUST MAKE SURE ITS NOT COLD

Yeah, that's actually probably the better option. You won't have to put any de-chlorination stuff or whatever in it because it's perfectly okay. Although it may be a tad expensive to keep using bottled water, it's better for your betta's health!

im not sure but if you do use water your not sure about get fish water conditioner and pour how much it says into the tank and it should clear the water

sadly but not =[ it will kill the happy fishy like it did to Bob The Fishy u haft to scoopsome of the dirty water in a cup and put ur fish in there then let him slide down into the nice clean water

i use regular tap water but let it sit over night so it will be room temperature
