My betta fish has been pregnant for 5 months now. What is the normal length for a betta fish to be pregnant without a male in the picture to squeeze the eggs out and spawn? her mate is about 6 hours away. so, should I buy another male betta fish to help her take care of her babies when they are not his? will the new betta even take care of babies that are not his?
