I only have one betta fish, and it's (obviously) a male. I don't plan on getting a female to spawn with him, plus, I'll need a WAY larger tank (only have two gallons for him) if I even wanted to spawn them. Is it mean to destroy the nest? It's almost taking up the entire surface of the tank. When I drop food in there, it all gets stuck in the nest, and I don't think he can get it.
Is it mean to destroy his nest? Will he keep making more? And how can I feed him without upsetting him?
