beta fish in shock or sick?

for almost a week now my betas been losing appetite and not as energetic as he usually was so today i changed his water but ive been keeping close watch on him because when i let him in he was twitching a little so first thing i think is crap hes in shock maybe tha waters too cold so i turned on a lamp near him to warm up hes doing a little bit better but im still concerned any advice?

p.s. hes blueish n purple n red in tha fins but ive noticed hes got a red spot on his head i dont remember seeing it there n it looks like hes trying to lay his fins down at tha bottom of his tank
ok i guess hes still twitching i just seen him look like hes havin a spaz attack :( poor baby
 
he's sick. There are medicines i pet stores for that. It could be cured, don't worry.
