I am 16 years old and i weight around 123 pounds. I really want to loss some weight, specially my facial fat. I recently joined a gym, but i have no clue about working out. I've never worked out before, this is my first time ever. So i really need your help guys. Please tell me what is the best way for me to loss weight, which is the best and the easy exercise in gym for me as a beginner.
