I'm getting my own internet connection from AT&T and they offer a free "Wireless Gateway($100value)" or a free "Modem($75value, I think it's brand is U-Verse)" for their "Faster" or "Fastest" internet service in my area. but I had done some search through yahoo answers and I came with one person as "best asnwer" that said that their Wireless Gateway is crap and most of his client prefered the Modem and that it was better to get it somewhere else if possible.
Question is:
1) What is the best modem+router(combined like the one AT&T offers)
2) What is the best modem and router(single, as in, each computer that connects needs a router)
3) Is it better to get the modem and router combined or separated?
