I have very, VERY little muscle. Biking for five minutes will leave me with my thighs feeling numb. I am serious.
How do I get into the habit of exercising? If I exercise too long every day, I'll quit because I don't have the muscle for it and it's not enjoyable. But how can I build muscle by only exercising five minutes a day? Isn't it twenty minutes before exercise starts to take effect?
