i find if i get dehydrated i have a hard time with resistance. it becomes very hard for me to keep biking and i slow down. on friday i took multiple bottles of water and gatorade and stayed very hydrated all day and i was able to bike all day long with no issues at all. what is the best way to stay hydrated and at peak performance level when mountain biking? i purchased something called clif electrolyte chews from mountain co op and they seem to give me a boost when i needed it. do you recommend gatorade? why do i become dehydrated so fast ? thanks for any responses!
