Best way to order Bell TV

So after a very fruitless conversation with bell sales were i seemed to know more about there packages then the person i was on the phone with i'm Stuck

Bell sent me a letter in the mail for HD basic for $25 but since HD basic doesn't fit my needs something like HD extra does so i wanted to see if there was a discount on that, the guy on the phone said there was but wouldn't tell me what the costs broke down to, Also said there wasn't a discount on PVRs or the second HD box (which the website does say there is) and well as i said not very fruitful.

Is it best to go into a bell store? or did i just get a bad person on the phone?

Also does HD max come with 1 or 2 premium movie channels?
 
HD max gives you 1 premium movie package. But as a new customer, you will be entitled to 2 months off Super Channel and The movie network/Movie Central (depending on your region) regardless of your selected package. Cost for HD Extra programming is 94$ a month before credits/rebates and tax applied.
