best way to learn electronics?

i want to learn about electronics so i can solder, wire, make circuits, and etc. i want to be able to repair alot of electronics and stuff.

so where do i start? im already in college and majoring in something else so this is a side thing to do.

idk of any books or websites so i really need some help here. basically it needs to be kinda in a structured way so i can really learn if its possible. if not just let me knw how you did and ill follow. thanks.
 
There is a difference between making the circuits and designing them. To design circuits, that is to create the schematic, will require you to go through college. Otherwise, the technical stuff like bringing the schematic to life, soldering etc etc is best learnt through videos. Go to youtube and you'll find tons of soldering vids. Buy any book on electronics to grab the basics. The best book I know is Grob's basic electronics.
