Best way to get sony cybershot pictures onto computer/facedbook?

I never dreames it would be so hard to use windows 7 and sony cybershot digital camera when it comes to getting the pictures off the camera and stored in a place where you can easily save them to other folders or upload them to facebook.... This is my first digital camera.

any suggestions?
