T TMH New member Jun 13, 2009 #2 Wrapped in tin foil bed, olive oil, couple of squeezes of lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and a pinch of lemon pepper. Grille 5-6 mins on each side and fish will deliciously flake off the bone when done.

C Conner New member Jun 13, 2009 #3 I always coat it with flour first, it dosen't take long to fry as long as its brown on both sides.
