i am having a chinese stir fry later. bean sprouts. rice. etc.i would like to add some salmon pieces.when will be the best time to add the fish??. the stir fry takes around 4-6 mins to cook. i don`t want the fish to fall to bits. would like to try and keep the pieces whole.thanks
