Best way to COOK BlueFish?

Hello,
Me and My Brother Surf Fish every other day. Today we caught around 35-40 Bluefish between us all around 11-15 inchs give or take. Were sports fishers and throw back everything we catch other then the lady fish which we use for chum/shark bait. So my question is what is the best way to Clean/Cook a blue fish?
 
Soak them in milk for 2 hours (reduces that strong flavor that bluefish have). After you soak them, grill them with a little olive oil salt and pepper (whole fish). I usually put a few lemon slices in the cavity while cooking.
