I've been on this app on android called diet2go and there's so much support its great. I have people telling me about tons of different tricks to boost your diet and exercise and I just wanted to know whats good?
One person told me to drink hot water and lemon as soon as I wake up as it will boost your metabolism..
I've read people doing a HCG diet. is that any good??
and I've read about fruta planta? does anyone know about that??
I need to drop this weight. 20/5"4/295 pounds, SERIOUSLY need my life!!
someone drop some knowledge on me so I can boost my work outs and won't allow myself to get bored and eat, or eat the wrong things.
