Best way/price to modify my 1996 Honda Accord EX?

Long story short: This car was my baby. I disheartened it when I got my 1998 Lincoln Continental. Now I'm going back to it, and I want to put some love into it. It has a fresh new head on the engine and everything, machine shopped and all. I'm on a pretty tight budget right now, but the one thing that I'd like to do is to make it sexy lol.

Call it childish, but I love the car. It runs great and even though it has >250,000 miles it's wonderful. Completely fresh engine for the most part, now. The clearcoat is coming off of it, and I plan to paint it. But I was going to put some decent body-kit or some aftermarket parts to make it look a little "fresh." Any ideas on doing this for a half-decent price?

I plan on going to LKQ or another junkyard sort of place and grabbing a decent-looking wing for the car, and from there I'm not sure where to go. $500 per piece is a bit steep for me, is there any way to get it cheaper before I paint the car?

If it helps, the car is factory black, which is pretty common. I plan on repainting it black once I put everything onto the car. I'm going to the Navy in March, and I can put a LOT more into it (especially with the nice signing bonus), but I plan on just making the exterior better for now, for pretty cheap if possible. After I'm settled in the Navy and such I'll modify pretty much everything under the hood.

So my question is, is there any cheaper way to obtain body-kits and various other parts (other than stealing) that actually fit the car and would look good? Thanks in advance!
