Best villain casts for shows for ages 3 - 8

This the last of my villain casts thread, and this one is hard to categorize, the ages 3 - 8, that is more of a guess on my part, so try to ignore that, if you disagree.

The shows I am talking about are shows that for very young kids, and most of the time has a popular toy line to go along with. Shows like Rainbow Brite, Care Bears, My Little Pony, Strawberry Shortcake, etc. The villain on these shows mostly toned down their evilness oppose to the show for the older kids, but in some cases, I thought they were effective villains for any age.

My list is pretty short this time, I didn't watch as many as these shows as the stuff for the older kids that was used in the action show and comedy show threads.

Rainbow Brite - Murky Dismal was the best part of the show, he was funny and effective evil at the same time, as well as his sidekick Lurky. They also had the Dark Princess, an evil bratty princess, which at the time at least for me was unheard of. Princesses were what was right in the world, they couldn't be evil. I grow up to know more and love evil princesses such as Blackfire and Azula.

Care Bears - For a while the Care Bears just had knack for creating great villains until their third movie. They had No Heart who was hardcore evil, and was very scarry, Professor Coldheart who was hillarous, added to that is No Heart's sidekick Beastly, the Spirit Book, and even though he turned good Dark Heart.

Though he wasn't really a villain (excpet in the tv specials), honorable mention to Cyril Sneer (The Raccoons). I loved him.
 
Krypto the Superdog: Mechanikat and Snooky Wookums. Bit like "Buzz Lightyear"'s Zurg in the "evil but with humorous overtones" category, but unlike Zurg, Mechanikat has a pretty amusing sidekick in Snooky.

Cyberchase: the Hacker. Cyberchase seems aimed at older grade schoolers rather than younger ones, but thought I'd list it here anyway. While he's out to overthrow (or, well, out and out assassinate) a sitting head of state, Mother Board, the bits focusing on Hacker in the episodes are often amusing, as are his idiot henchmen Buzz and Delete. The Wicked Witch also has her moments...
 
I forgot to mention a few more Care Bear villains. Shreeky, Frostbite, Auntie Freeze, and Dr. Fright (who only appeared in one episode The Bravest Of The Brave, he was sort of the Beastly substitute doing No Heart's bidding)

I don't know if this is a complement or not since a lot of pople don't like them, while I do like them, I think they are funny, have a lot of character depth, I thought they were great in the last Pokemon movie and I sort of root for things work out for them, but in the last season or two, when No Heart barely appeared anymore, and it was just Beastly and Shreeky, but they were the Team Rocket trio of their time. Especially if you compare Beastly to Meowth.
 
Here's the best villain casts for shows for ages 3-8 which I'm a fan of childrens' villains too:

Rainbow Brite - Murky & Lurky were great funny villains when they always lost to Rainbow Brite & the Dark Princess from the movie was a great villainess who's spoiled & bratty until when she met her end.

Cyberchase - The Hacker was a great/cool/funny villain voiced by Christopher Lloyd who wants to take over Motherboard and his idiot henchmen,Buzz & Delete are entertaining as well.

My Little Pony Tales - Hydia the evil head witch & her sisters,Reeka and Draggle were pretty funny great villainesses from the movie and the series and they created many other great villains like Tirak,Catrina,Queen Bumble,Porcina,Lavan,Arabus the Cloud,Nibblick the Troll and many others.

The Raccoons - Cyril Sneer & the pigs were the best & funny villains which he's not really evil which he developed a softer side on some episodes except for the T.V. specials I've watched along with Mr. Knox/Mr. Mammoth/Midas the Eagle/Bix Badger who were great/threatening villains.

Babar - King Rataxes was a pretty stupid/entertaining villain who's Babar's arch-rival which is interesting when the writers want to make both elephants & rhinoceroses enemies.

Flying Rhino Junior High - Earl Sidebottom/The Phantom & his rat sidekick,Raticus were pretty great/entertaining villains which they want to take over the school & turn it into a fantasy world.

Dragon Tales - Cyrus the sneaky serpent was a pretty great/interesting one-shot villain along with Fury the gremlin who feeds off people's angers & those dragon bullies from the basketball episode which they're not evil but are rotten heartless jerks on poor Emmy.

The Snorks - Big Weed,The Ice Wizard,The Snork Genie,Dr.Strangesnork,and Count Snorkula were pretty cool/funny/interesting villains which they were my most favorites of the bunch.

Paw Paws/Paw Paw Bears - Dark Paw and his idiot henchmen,Slippery Paw and Bumble Paw were pretty great entertaining villains who want the totems' power to take over and the other villains who're Aunt Pruney,Nasty Paw,and Great Greenie were great too.
