Best Verizon Phone (reception wise)

I used to use an old motorola phone: a v60 I think and it always had great reception. I never had a dropped call - never had any static.

Now I got an LG VX8300 - and the folks I talk to say that they hear me fine, better then ever. But I get static on my end and dropped calls. 3 times tonight! (after 2 years with no dropped calls that is very frustrating).

So I am planning on returning the phone.

But what verizon phone SHOULD I get. What gets the best reception?
