I would love to have a turtle. One that gets big and lives long. One that is mostly aquatic. What types of turtle make good pets? Of course I will be doing plenty of research before getting one and I would like to adopt. Also, Where can I find a turtle that needs a new home? I live in siskiyou county in California but go to Oregon often. Thanks
