Best Toyota Celica GTS?

Hey people im getting a new car soon and it will be a Celica GTS (so dont talk me out of it ha ha) anyways what is the best toyota celica GTS ( from the years 2000-2005) My highest price is about $7,000 maybe $8,000. So i need it to be the safest celica GTS the best on gas and of course best looking and most comfortable and most fetures... So please tell me the Pros of the (2000,2001,2002,2003,2004, or 2005 Toyota Celica) THANK YOU SO MUCH PLEASE ANSWER I CHOOSE BEST
