Very happy with the Kuryakyn Crushers. Great deep rumble at cruise and bark when you twist the throttle. Fit and finish is superb. Running them with the PC V from Fuel Moto on an 08 Ultra...outstanding performance and response.

I like my Bub 7's. Idling they a touch quieter than my Dad's Screaming Eagles. Just cruising they have a presence but not overwhelming and if you get on it, YOU WILL hear it real good.
It is the perfect exhaust imo and exactly what I was looking for.

I had SuperTrapp SE's on my '07 SG, and I've got the Monster Ovals on the '09 Ultra, and I much prefer the MO's. Deeper base, sound more like a big block Chevy compared to a small block. But not so loud as to be obnoxious on the highway. And I flat out love the looks on the '09s with the bigger rear tire. They really seem to match the back end of the bike better than anything else.

I have jackpots and am really happy with them but I rode with a guy that had monster ovals last weekend and they really sounded good.

If you want the best performance gain with the least amount of noise gain, go with the Supertrapp SE slip ons. The Harley SE mufflers are not going to increase performance. The monster ovals are just too big and IMHO messes up the lines of the bike. The Supertrapp SE was top performer in a dyno test out of about 10 or so sets of slip ons. They were also the quitest. I am not at home and I don't have the mag in front of me but I think it was American Iron that did the test about a year ago. The test bike was a Streetglide with the 96. They also offer a variety of end caps to choose from. I put these on my 08 Ultra with the afterburner end caps and couldn't be happier with the sound and performance. I can talk to the wife when riding and can hear the stereo. Stock is something like 93db and the Supertrapps are 3 db louder at 96. Many of the slip ons that were tested were over 100 db in volume...no thanks on a touring bike.

The factory rates the decibles of both the OE mufflers and the SE Street Performance muffles at 80 db. They are limited to that noise level by the Feds. On my '07 FLHTC, the SE's sound deeper than OE and they mask the 5th gear whine too. I like 'em a lot. I tried Super Trapp Se because they were supposed to be the quietest after market pipe, and found them to be too loud for me. Does anyone know what the db rating of monster ovals are?
