best tires for my future car?

they are for a 1967 Pontiac grand prix, idk what tire size that is i'll post it later. i want a extremely good tire i have been saving up and i want to know what tires are best in performance,miles,tread,sidewall rating..ect ect and warranty options. i want to know a common tire sold in america that will work/perform exemplary. like i said price isnt a huge deal around 1000 should get me really good tire i believe correct me if i am wrong there. oh please dont tell about some gimic i want a tire that will last!!! thank you. oh i think the tires are 14" wheels idk for sure though thanks
