Best tires for 1995 Toyota 4Runner?

I have a 1995 Toyota 4Runner and im looking for new tires. the rims are stock, i currently have national commando a/t tires on it..theyre very loud on the road. I want larger tires, with good traction and that can save me gas. any suggest would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
