Best t-mobile for texting and no internet?

My mom is super cheap and I have to pay for unlimited texting each month but she won't allow internet at all. We haven't upgraded yet, so I'm still confused about what nice phone is best for texting, but not internet. We're already on t-mobile and she doesn't want to switch. I don't want a flip phone, like a vertical flip, because I have a razr now and I'm sick of that type of phone. Sliding, touch screen, horizontal flip. Any other phone, just try to keep it under 100, but not cheap.
 
I would suggest the samsung gravity 2 or the blackberry or a sidekick. But tmobile really isnt a company you would want to stay with. All I would tell you to do is switch to any other network xcept tmboile and att. I like sprint or verizon i find verizon very great except Sprint and Verizon have about the same coverage levels. Just switch to verizon or sprint its for the best
