Hello im new here
i dont get much spots i tend to have them, then they go away, then they come back, i would really want to know why this keeps happening. i have been told its the soap i am using, others say its what i eat, i have even been told its becuase of shaving ?, i tend to have most of my spots on my forhead ?,
i have used so far prescribed zinc ? i dont know the full medical name, but it a lotion which sumtimes stings the skin, it is usefull, but when it runs out they come back. i have also used nivew skin care, which is useless, i have used moisterising skin wipes (fake tan) which suprisely works but obv makes my skin go tango haha, and belive this or not, i have actually not used any form of skin wash on my face and my skin was spot free ?, but i am not a tramp so i do wash my face lol
