Best Sony Ericsson Phone 2 buy?

I am looking for a really good (payasyougo) sony ericsson phone that has a great camera (more than 2 mega pixels), music player etc. I'm interested in slide phones and candy bar phones, but mainly slide. The only problem is it has to be under £300.
Which Sony ericsson phone would you recommend?
Do you think the w995 is worth it for £300?
