links still not working... i guess this don't function, do this work for somebody??
 
Before flashing A1200 just try Radiocomm software to remove user lock code. If not done then flash.

i have try its working fine with user code reset

INSTALL PROPER DRIVERS, THEN OPEN RADIOCOMM SOFTWARE. IN RADIOCOMM SELECT OPTION CIT. IN CIT GO IN INVM TAB . THERE SELECT FIRST OPTION 00_Mstr Rst & then execute . Done.
 
connect Ur A1200,(i suggest version 11.3.2, google
for it), install the program, choose GSM, and then choose USB connection, when u get into the program select the option that says "CIT", then go to SELECT INVM, there ur gonna chose 00 - MASTER RESET, click execute, when it's done click RESTART, and TADAAAAAAAA ur fone is reset and no LOCK Code is asked for .....
Dont Flash the phone Just because U forgot User code...........
