I want to rely on trust rather than blocking of the internet, but I want to "verify" that trust by monitoring. Is there software that is simple and remote that can record websites, content, and duration of time spent on a site? For example, if I say "do not go to this site" to make sure it was not visited, or if I say "do not spend more than an hour per day on this site" that this is also followed?
