Best "sidekick 2 like" phone on Cingular

I currently have a cingular family plan... I also have/had a Tmobile Sidekick 2 via prepaid. We'll I've dropped it 1 too many times, its toast. So now I just want to get a smart phone on Cingular and just have one phone I use for everything. I love the sidekick though... what are the best choices on Cingular? The main thing's im using on the SK2 are instant messaging/texting (so a full keyboard is a must), receiving email, and lastly the calendar/to do list syncing up with my Outlook is a plus... but mainly the full keyboard and IM/texting is most important. I don't know much about Blackberrys... they almost seem like the best choice if I can get Yahoo & MSN messengers on it?
 
I would recommend the Cingular 8125 if you want to be able to sync with Outlook and use IM as well. I don't think that Blackberries allow for actual IM clients; mainly email and the sort.
