Speed/power hiking 70 miles in 24 hours with 15lb pack. Usually I'd just throw on a bag of GORP, a couple power bars and dried fruit, and call it good... but 70 miles in so short of time requires
A) eatibility while powering uphill
B) high energy with quick release and with minimal weight
