What do you find to be the best seasonal allergy treatment? Most OTC and a few Rx drugs don't work for me anymore. Any suggestions to relieve a runny nose and itchy skin? These are my main symptoms.

I usually can't take this because they cause my heart to race. Maybe I will try Zyrtec.

I've gone the natural route with some hits and misses along the way. The corabo that seems to work for me is an strong dose of probiotics (a corabo of good bacteria, I like Primal Defense from Garden of Life) and an herbal product called Envirelief from Jallie. It took a good week or so to kick in but they've seemed to keep my allergies under control this season.

As far as the best? That's a tough one because we're all different. I'm likedoodledog, Zyrtec stopped working after a couple years.

It isn't a short term solution, but have you tried immunotherapy?

Are you using any saline sprays or nasal washes? They do help some.

The old standby Allegra has been most effective for me. I've also been really pleased using Astelin. Those aren't OTC, though Allegra is now available in generic.

Are you using a humidifier? It might help a bit with the skin. The itching can be tough though.
