I'm seriously thinking about moving to the usa in the near future, i have been intending to set up a bricklaying business in the UK (where i live) but i am an irish citizen. so i was just wondering whether or not i should apply for a visa or just move there illegally and apply at a later date? i may need to get a business loan to finance my business will my immigrant status affect this?
