Best road bike for $1800 - PLEASE HELP!?

Why full carbon? You can get a Fisher Ion Super for under 1500. You will get a carbon fork and carbon seat and chain stays. It will grab a ton of vibration off of the road and you will save yourself a ton and a get new bike.

2010 Fishers are true Fisher bikes and no Lamond repacks. I was a LBS and the owner was praising the heck out of the Fishers over his more expensive bikes.
 
Hey I got a $1800 budget and I want to know what road bike I should get. Only thing I say is make sure it's carbon fiber, thanks! Any suggestions will be appreciated and looked into. (Do not want new of course, because $1800 will not get a 2009-2010 carbon fiber road bike)
