Best RF GSM phone out here ?

I just got a new Blackjack Cingular phone and very disappointed about it's reception, static and dropped calls. I realize that some phones are better at this than others, be it the antenna or what ever and since "Phone Calls" are my primary concern:

Whats the best GSM phone out here for RF gain.

I have Cingular/ATT service in N.E. Florida and assume most all services use the same dang Cell towers.

Nokia n75.....

PDA style like.... the Treo 750 w/o HSDPA or Treo 680.

Blackberries usually have good reception... Blackberry Curve!

If you want a Cingular phone then their v3xx has awesome reception.

If you want unlocked I recommend the SE Z710i.
