I asked a question earlier asking about the best catering in Manila. If i am looking for a restaurant, as a foreigner in desire of western OR filipino food, where is a classy restaurant that I can go to. Prices are not really a big deal, i just want a very nice place to have business meeting at over breakfast or dinner. The aesthetics are important, but the service and food quality is what I am looking for.

If you want to have a business meeting or something, you've got to try the Heritage Cafe in Intramuros.. It's a very classy and cozy place. Cafe Ysabel is also good, it's famous for its Kapampangan and International cuisine. Happy dining!
