I want to make it easy as possible to get to the point where I can have no mind whenever I want it on demand.
Cant you read? My question is very specific! I torrent lots of products audio books etc so if you know the name of a good one I will download it!
I dont give a damn about relaxation, I want to be able to achieve the no mind state and I dont want to depend on a CD to get me there but if it helps me achieve the ability Im all for it.
