It was good. I ordered it immediately after the earthquake in southeast Asia, which disrupted shipping and communications, so there was a bit of a delay that was out of their hands.
Customer service was awesome though. I inquired about the delay and got an immediate response, and the phone actually arrived a day before the estimated shipping arrival.
My only real complaint, which is maybe unsubstantial, is that the shipping name, street name, AND street address were all incorrect. This is almost definitely the fault of the HK shippers misreading letters though, and the phone was delivered with no problems. (As an example, the H in my name was mistaken for a K).
Thats as far as I can vouch though. Search around the board, because every company has some unhappy customers, no matter how hard they try.
