I am currently taking N.O. explode and got amazing results the first week that I used it. Since then I feel like I'm not getting nearly as good as a pump as I use to. I thought increasing the number of scoops would help so I tried that and still didn't get the results I did from the first week of use.
I have heard of a supplement called Jack3d and have been curious to see if it would work any better than the explode. I heard that it has twice as much caffeine per serving than the explode. If you increase the number of scoops will it effect your workout at all. Also is this product SAFE.
One moe thing, can you mix different supplements to achieve better results? For example, N.O. explode with Jack3d. Or even mix a pre-workout supplement with a protein shake.
