best poker book for beginner-intermediate?

I need to find more information on how to better my poker game. I've played a handful of times and I believe I know the basics. I'm thinking of more in the lines of strategies like when is it best to bet/call/fold, how to bet/call/fold correctly, bluffing, etc. As well as being able to notice not only others but my tells. There are many books out there and I don't really know which is best for me. I don't want to just pick up any book and have it screw up my train of thinking or have information that is moot in today's game. If its any help, I suppose I would need the book to focus on games with limits (like in house games with friends or at a casino) however I would also like strategies on no limit play.
