Hi, I was wondering where is the best place to buy a Google Nexus 7 for support in case anything happens to it such as faulty hardware issues or if something is wrong with it. I read a couple of articles about people buying it from walmart and then experiencing issues with it, all the while Google and Asus providing basically no support whatever. So where can I buy it, where I'll have the best support for it, mainly from the manufacturer?
To Corvato: But I've heard Google does NOT support their product unless you buy it from their google.play store and that when there is a problem, the buyer has to pay shipping when sending it to ASUS, which is ridiculous if its a hardware problem. But then I hear that if you buy it from ASUS, they will cover the shipping costs, but charge a small fee for fixing it. I'm looking for the best place for support and the least hassle in case anything goes wrong. But in this case, unfortunately its looks like you DON'T get the same support from everywhere you buy it.
