Hey everybody. I totaly new here. My old POS phone is about to die along with my contract, thank god! I'm pretty cell phone illeterate so I'm looking for your advice.
I want a phone or smartphone that can download slick ringtones, wall papers, games, and movies. Price is not an issue. I also would like people's recommendations on carriers. I live in the DC area if that helps.
