i have a 95 EG HATCH with a D15b Swap
i've seen numerous performance chips that claim to add HP and better gas mileage.
do these really work? and do they affect the engine in a bad way?
and yes, im looking for HP rather then gas mileage, so a $60-$90 would be a good price range for a chip?
